HURRICANE IRMA CLAIMS PROCEDURES

Lloyd’s of London Procedures: (Policy Prefixes MHL, MHN, MHA, LNW)

1. Complete a Johns Eastern property loss notice (link above) and keep a copy for your file and email to: jetpaclaims@JohnsEastern.com
2. Call in your claim to Johns Eastern Company, Inc. by calling (877) 871-7344.

American Reliable Procedures: (Policy Prefix IGH)

1. Complete a Acord Property Loss Notice (link above) and keep a copy for your file and email to claims.department@americanreliable.com
2. If your insured does not hear from an adjuster within 48 hours, please call the status line for assistance at 800-245-1505. This is a 24 Hour Claims Line.

Aegis Security Insurance Company (Policy Prefix PMH)

1. Complete a Acord Property Loss Notice (link above) and keep a copy for your file and email to claimsq@aegisfirst.com or fax to Claims Fax: 717-657-0340.
2. If your insured does not hear from an adjuster within 48 hours, please call the status line for assistance at 800-233-2160.
3. Also, claims can be reported via Aegis’ website via this link: aegisfirst.net. Go to the Policy Holders tab, click on the “File A Claim” and supply the requested information.

Great Lakes UK (Policy Prefix MHG)
