ERROR MESSAGE: You have no rights
If you click on the portal button and immediately receive an error about no rights, please call our office for assistance at 352-638-9400.

INTERNET EXPLORER USERS:

If the portal does not open once you click the Portal button it’s possible your pop up blocker settings for your web browser could be causing the issue. This is found under the Internet Explorer Tools menu. You can fix the settings so your computer will always allow pop ups from our website. Then try the portal button again.

If you’ve checked your pop up blocker settings and you are still unable to open the portal using Internet Explorer, then you may try a different web browser such as Google Chrome or FireFox. Please Note: Google Chrome/FireFox are not compatible with our PTS systems and is a temporary solution. Please contact your own I.T. person to fix the issue with the portal not opening since this is specific to the computer and/or your network/firewall. Please have your I.T. person call 352-638-9400 if they require assistance.

GOOGLE CHROME USERS:
If the portal will not open for you, click on the link below.
Cannot open Agent Portal in Google Chrome

FIREFOX USERS:
If you click on the portal button and it does not open, then you should have received a pop up notification that a pop up has been blocked.
If so, click Options on this pop up bar and click Always Allow Pop Ups from Ibgreen.com.

• If you did not receive a pop up, go to the Tools Menu on your Firefox window and select Options.
• Click Privacy & Security in Left Hand menu
• Scroll to the Permissions Section
• There should be a checked check box for “Block pop-up windows” with an Exceptions button to the right.
• Click the Exceptions button.
• Type https://ibgreen.com in the skinny white box and click Allow
• Click Save Changes
• Now, exit all Ibgreen windows and reopen a new window.
• Try the portal again.
