Davies Claims North America Claim Adjuster TPA (Hurricane Claims for MHL, MHN, MHA, MHZ, CMH, MHG policy numbers) If your claim was previously reported and you wish to check on the status, for the fastest response, you can reach their Hurricane Call Center at 877-871-7344, or via email at TPAClaims@us.davies-group.com. Davies will return calls as quickly as possible. Prior to contact from the adjuster, you may conduct temporary repairs in order to prevent further damage to the property, such as fallen tree removal, dry-out, and tarping of roofs. Davies asks that photographs are taken prior to the removal and/or disposal of any building materials or contents. Save all photos and receipts for any costs of temporary repairs to provide to the adjuster during the inspection. You may also contact the Federal Emergency Management Agency or FEMA (1-800-733-2767 or disasterassistance.gov) to see what resources may be available to you. Additionally, the Small Business Administration, or SBA (disasterloan.sba.gov) might be able to assist in recovering from uncovered losses.
